Located 5 km south of Dubrovnik Slano towards the house on the slope of terrain will please fans of holiday freedom, no neighbors in the greenery and overlooking the sea!
The parking lot is located on the side of the main road to Dubrovnik, 70 steps below, you arrive at the house, with its terrace overlooking the sea and nice view. Comfortable house with newly redecorated decoration, on 2 levels: downstairs 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room from which a staircase leads to the space of the upper offering 1 double bedroom, a sitting area and a bathroom. Large partially covered terrace all along, barbecue and direct access to the sea below. The rocks are your private beach where space is furnished with chairs for relaxing moments unique.
Slano village 5 km is a seaside village located in a sheltered bay, ideal for water sports, with beaches and a long promenade along, you'll find all the amenities, restaurants, sailing school, of many footpaths. It is also a starting point for visiting the islands Elaphite Sipan and Lopud and the island of Mljet. Buses Dubrovnik 5 times a day and many excursions are available on the continent: Peljasac, Ston known for its stone wall and specialty oysters, small town south of Dubrovnik Cavtat, close to a dozen km, the arboretum Trsteno and various species of trees in a beautiful ...

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Haus direkt am Meer, sehr nette ,hilfsbereite Vermieter. Beschreibung entspricht voll und ganz , super Lage .

Maison très agréable, les pieds dans l'eau et totalement indépendante. Confort simple mais tout à fait correct. La terrasse est extrêmement agréable et la vue superbe. Petite plage privée aménagée en contrebas sur les rochers avec possibilité de baignade dans une eau limpide et chaude. Maison très bien située pour visiter le sud de la Dalmatie. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location !
