The house is functional and comfortable for 4 people in search of tranquility, direct access to the sea and proximity to all the amenities offered by the city.
2 kms from the center of Vela Luka,Gabrica is a quiet bay,the house is surrounded by a sunken garden and offers a panoramic view of the sea. The garden has direct access to the sea and a jetty is available to moor a small boat.
The house has 2 double bedrooms on either side of a lounge, kitchen/dining room,a bathroom and a lovely terrace with a covered area for dining and relaxation area with loungers. At the rear of the house, the living room opens onto a courtyard with barbecue.
The house is now connected to the electrical network.The telephone network is available and internet can be used with a special key.In Vela Luka there are several points of access wifi free.
With a boat you can move in many bays and coves or go to the town. Appropriate place even without a car.

Korcula is a green island that has preserved its traditions and where there are many traces of the past. In Vela Luka are numerous activities, both sporting and cultural. Vela Luka is particularly well suited,in addition to fishing and boating,diving, hiking and cycling through its trails and bicycle tours; there are also many secluded coves and islands with beautiful beaches; and curiosities such as the Neolithic cave and Roman sites.
The mild climate is ideal for stays of spring and autumn, with other areas of interest such as harvesting or picking olives.

Une petite maison en bord de mer entièrement rafraîchie par le propriétaire, à priori peu de temps avant notre arrivée, sur un emplacement entièrement ombragé par des oliviers, un citronnier plein de citrons...

Maison extrêmement propre, jolie, bien ombragée, chambres fonctionnelles et spacieuses, bien située dans la petite baie.
Propriétaire à l'écoute et présent , nous avons eu les draps changés au bout de la 1ère semaine, un service auquel nous ne nous attendions pas.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix, supérieur à notre précédente location.
Très bon souvenir également de ce séjour.
