Description

In the village center, in a quiet location 150 meters from the harbor, this small stone house on 2 levels is perfect for 2-3 people.
At the first level, the dining room-kitchen opens onto a terrace with barbecue and sea view, a staircase leads to the bedroom on the second level and includes a double bed and one extra bed. There are no cars in the street and parking is available close to home.
Bol is the oldest town of the island, it extends along the south coast and offers many beautiful beaches, including the famous beach Golden Horn (ZlatniRat), that extends into the sea and whose contours vary by currents.You can walk along the beaches for miles of trails and the sheltered bay is ideal for water sports.
Brac is an island wilderness, very interesting to discover cross its vegetation, its mountains, its villages and of course the sea. A place that combines relaxing and active holidays.
The connections with Split are easy: many ferries from Split to Supetar and catamarans from Split to Bol; you can even come without a car. The owner is a native and is very familiar with the island. He has boats and organizes transfers (from airportSplit or others) and day trips to the islands more distant as Hvar, Vis or nearby. An avid fisherman, he also proposes boat trips and can prepare the fish you caught sharing a friendly meal with him. Local atmosphere to enjoy!
The mild climate makes this place a very pleasant destination specially in spring and autumn.

Very good

Propriétaire très accessible et facile de prendre arrangement. Maison bien situee au coeur du village. Ce village a ete notre coup de coeur du voyage. Endroit propre et bien entretenue. Tres belle vue de la chambre et terrasse agreable. Dans l'ensemble, conforme aux photos. Une petite chose qui pourrait etre amelioree serait la salle de bain pour y mettre une douche car difficile se prendre une douche avec le bain actuel.

Idéalement située au coeur du village, une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse, un propriétaire très gentil (attention, un peu de barrière de la langue parfois), petite maisonnette très fonctionnelle, nous avons bcp aimé notre séjour.
Note: la maison étant petite, nous ne conseillons pas d'y séjourner à plus de 3 (deux adultes et un enfant).
