The island of Pasman is part of the archipelago of Zadar, it is located opposite Biograd. It is a wilderness island with its rugged coastline, islets and varied views, traditionally turned to fishing and agriculture and which has kept its traditions. Access to the island is from Biograd to Tkon or from Zadar to Ugljan then the road by the bridge that connects Ugljan to Pasman.
It is an island that has remained authentic, the inhabitants live there in total harmony with nature, around fishing and agriculture and have kept the traditions like basketwork or the drying of figs. In the Pasman canal the sea is the clearest in the Adriatic thanks to currents that change frequently. The fauna and flora are diverse, the landscapes are varied, and at the top of the island the panoramic view extends from the Kornati to the Velebit. On the south side are hidden coves and on the northern side sandy beaches. The sacred architecture is present with 2 monasteries and several churches and chapels.
