Practical information:
- The house is situated 4.5km from the village Sumartin, access is only by sea; the owner takes you to the house and the small boat is located on site. If you have a car, it will remain at the owner during your stay.
- The motor boat is available without additional charge, only the fuel is charged to the vacationer.
- A boat permit is required for any vessel in the croatian regulations.
- A fishing license is required, the owner can arrange to get you or you can buy it online.
  

Brac is an island full of variety, with lots of charm and rich in traditions.
Access to the island of Brac :
- Ferry from Split to Supetar (55 minutes crossing)
- Ferry from Makarska to Sumartin (1hour crossing)
