Redevelopment of the path along Zavratnica Bay
Fancy an unusual landscape, a good breath of sea air, discover or rediscover the bay of Zavratnica, hidden jewel of northern Dalmatia.
This bay in the shape of a fjord 900 meters long and 50 to 150 meters wide is bordered by a hiking trail built on the side of the rock and is part of the Velebit nature park, it has been listed as a 'protected landscape' since 1964.
At the mouth of the bay, a wreck of a German warship dating from the Second World War lies a few meters deep, another curiosity during this beautiful walk.
The path to access the bay leaves from Jablanac and you will have to pay the entrance fee since it is part of the nature park.
